]The Hawaiian spiritual practice called “Ho’oponopono” is very easy to learn, yet extremely powerful. The main intention of Ho’oponopono is to help you “clean” (eliminate, erase, heal) the unconscious and subconscious beliefs you hold that sabotage your efforts to succeed in all areas of your life, such as:
- Having peaceful, happy and harmonious relationships with your partner, family members, business associates, friends and acquaintances.
- Enjoying an abundant financial life that allows for all your needs to be met as well as your deepest desires.
- Feeling healthy in your body, mind and spirit!
The Law of Attraction is a universal law that operates whether we are conscious of it or not. We attract into our lives what ever we give our attention, energy and focus to whether wanted or unwanted. In other words, we attract what ever we are vibrating, whether wanted or unwanted. We can be speaking the words “life is great” while our vibration may be saying “I’m a failure”. Our vibration depends on our true, deepest FEELINGS, which are affected by our true beliefs (positive or negative) that may be totally hidden from our conscious mind and therefore our thoughts. Those beliefs came into being based on all of our life experiences, even pre birth. There may be alot of negative emotional “garbage” that needs to be cleared so that the Law of Attraction can really work to support us in living our best lives. We hear alot about positive thinking. Positive thinking is great when our underlying beliefs about ourselves are in agreement. When they are not, however, all the positive thinking in the world gets cancelled out by our negative vibrations. The overall make-up of our “vibration” is composed not only of what we think about, but more importantly what we feel about. When we understand that we are the creators of our own reality, and accept that responsibility, that point is just the beginning of changing our lives for the better. In orer to consciously and deliberately live the Law of Attraction we must remove the limiting and self-sabataging beliefs that we all have. For most of us this is an ongoing process. By removing these beliefs I mean to heal, neutralize and/or eliminate them. On my own spiritual path I have tried countless ways to remove those limiting beliefs. They all have great benefit and I continue to use many of them in my ongoing practice for “support” or to address limiting beliefs I have not yet discovered. For those that make it into my conscious mind I use Ho’oponopono. Here is the first part of a series with Dr. Hew Len and Joe Vitale which will better help you understand this powerful technique.
